Indian Airforce Benefits of Agniveer (Agnipath) Intake 02/2023

1. The Agneepath scheme is open to Indian youths aged between 17.5 to 21 years.
2. The scheme offers a four-year engagement period for serving in the armed forces.
3. Agniveers enrolled in the Indian Airforce under the Agneepath scheme will receive a life insurance cover of Rs. 48 Lakhs.
4. Upon completion of the engagement period, Agniveers will be awarded a skill-set certificate by the Indian Air Force.
5. Agniveers are entitled to annual leave of 30 days, as well as sick leave based on medical advice.
6. The Agneepath scheme provides annual benefits to its participants.
